Found this group today under the Southern Seminary youtube. They do a lot of hymn covers in contemporary style, which is part of why I believe we could bring hymns back into modern worship. culturally, we tossed out the baby with the bathwater. Organs (which I love - thanks Dad!) may not fit a more modern worship aesthetic (which is a shame because they are WONDERFUL), but a chunk of hymns were nothing more than new lyrics for popular bar songs at the time. We swap out the music again and they're current.
